Your Property Looks Great in Daylight. Let's Fix What Happens After Sunset.

You got two installer quotes. Both felt expensive. You're handy. You can trench. You just don't know where to put the lights.

That's where the Landscape Lighting Blueprint comes in. It's a custom design plan — not installation. You do the work; we give you the roadmap.

What You Send Us

  • Property photos from four corners taken at dusk
  • A rough sketch with dimensions (house footprint, walkways, trees, hardscape features)
  • A short note about what you want lit — the oak tree, the flagpole, the front walk, the stone wall
  • Your budget comfort zone — are we designing for ten fixtures or forty?

What You Receive Within One Week

  • Scaled property diagram with every fixture location marked and numbered
  • Fixture schedule — type, wattage, beam angle, suggested brand and model (vendor-agnostic recommendations)
  • Wiring path diagram — low-voltage layout, transformer location, home-run paths
  • Installation sequence — trench first, then fixtures, then wire, then transformer, then test. In that order.
  • Shopping list with part numbers and typical pricing from major suppliers
  • "Call before you dig" safety and code reminder specific to your municipality

The blueprint is designed for a competent DIYer or a handyman you hire. No proprietary parts. No Premier-only equipment. Just design thinking from a professional lighting contractor who has lit hundreds of properties and knows what works.

And if you read the blueprint and decide trenching isn't for you after all — there's a "just have Premier do it" option at the end. No pressure. Just options.
