• Wiring path diagram — low-voltage layout, transformer location, home-run paths
• Installation sequence — trench first, then fixtures, then wire, then transformer, then test. In that order.
• Shopping list with part numbers and typical pricing from major suppliers
• "Call before you dig" safety and code reminder specific to your municipality

The blueprint is designed for a competent DIYer or a handyman you hire. No proprietary parts. No Premier-only equipment. Just design thinking from a professional lighting contractor who has lit hundreds of properties and knows what works.
