Premier's Seasonal Lighting Program Design stops the cycle. It's a one-time planning engagement that creates a permanent, repeatable seasonal lighting system.

How We Build It

Phase 1 — Vision Call (45 minutes)
What's the aesthetic? Classic warm white? Playful multicolor? Elegant and restrained? We align on the look before we design anything.

Phase 2 — Design
Our designer reviews photos and dimensions of your property and creates a complete seasonal lighting design — every tree, every roofline, every lamp post, every entryway assigned a lighting treatment.

Phase 3 — The Binder
You receive the Seasonal Lighting Program (digital PDF, professionally designed).

What the Binder Contains

• Visual concept board — the "look and feel" reference
• Fixture and materials schedule — exact specs, quantities, lengths, bulb types (all vendor-agnostic)
• Installation map — property diagram with every element drawn in, numbered, and keyed to the schedule
• Storage and maintenance plan — how to pack lights so they survive until next year, how to test before installation, what spare parts to keep on hand
• Annual calendar — order deadline, test weekend, install week, lighting ceremony date, takedown date
• Budget estimate — what the program costs to implement and maintain annually
• Optional "Premier handles it" appendix — what it looks like if you want us to store, install, maintain, and remove everything
